adolescent: Someone in that transitional stage of physical and psychological development that begins at the onset of puberty, typically between the ages of 11 and 13, and ends with adulthood.
anxious: (n. anxiety) A feeling of dread over some potential or upcoming situation, usually one over which someone feels they have little control.
eating disorder: An illness of the mind involving dangerously unhealthy patterns of eating and weight loss or gain.
focus: (in behavior) To look or concentrate intently on some particular point or thing.
host: (v.) The act of providing a home or environment for something. A website, for instance, could host photos, news or other types of information.
internet: An electronic communications network. It allows computers anywhere in the world to link into other networks to find information, download files and share data (including pictures).
online: (n.) On the internet. (adj.) A term for what can be found or accessed on the internet.
psychiatrist: A medical doctor who spends many years learning to study and treat diseases of the human mind. Treatments may consist of talking therapies, prescription drugs or both. This medical field is known as psychiatry.
